Me imagino que es carne de ganaderos locales o mexicanos en general por que aunque el lugar se llame "La regia", el dueño nunca te dice o te confirma de donde trae su carne y no tiene clasificaciones tipo "Prime" , "Angus", etc. pero la carne es BUENISIMA, de alta calidad. También vende un chorizo tipo argentino sin ser chistorra que está increíble, un poquito picosito.
Excellent place to buy meat. I imagine it is meat from local or Mexican farmers in general because even though the place is called "La regia", the owner never tells you or confirms where he brings his meat from and does not have classifications such as "Prime", "Angus", etc. but the meat is VERY GOOD, of high quality. He also sells an Argentine-type chorizo without being a chistorra that is incredible, a little spicy.
