★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio,el día de hoy se intentó comunicarse por teléfono y no funcionó,se contacto en otro sucursal (2:30)y ellos mencionaron que ahí podía realizar el pedido y lo enviaban por Whatsapp a esta sucursal, fuimos por el pedido (3:30) no estaba se había enviado, se pagó y acordamos pasar por el, enviamos a una persona a recogerlo con el ticket y no sé lo entregaron porque faltaba una hoja verde (4:20), volví a ir a las (5:00) y a la personas de caja se olvidó dar la hoja verde, tres vueltas después y 2:30 después se entregó el pedido, a mi punto de vista falta mucha comunicación entre los empleados y si tenemos exceso de trabajo contratar más personal
Terrible service, today they tried to communicate by phone and it did not work, they contacted another branch (2:30) and they mentioned that they could place the order there and they sent it by WhatsApp to this branch, we went for the order (3 : 30) it was not had been sent, it was paid and we agreed to go through it, we sent a person to pick it up with the ticket and I do not know they delivered it because a green leaf was missing (4:20), I went again at (5: 00) and the cashier people forgot to give the green leaf, three laps later and 2:30 later the order was delivered, in my view there is a lack of communication between the employees and if we are overworked, hire more staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia el parrillero me dijo que 5:20 cerraba la parrilla y 4:45 me dicen que no y pues me tuve que retirar y deja la carne ,no vuelvo mejor me fui a HEB y pues para pasar malos ratos en lugares que no saben atender a su cliente.
Bad experience, the grill man told me that 5:20 closed the grill and 4:45 they tell me no and since I had to retire and leave the meat, I won't come back better I went to HEB and then to have a bad time in places they don't know serve your customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a comprar a la sucursal de San Blas y a las 7:40 pm ya tenían la cortina metálica abajo marque a l teléfono de esa sucursal y me dijeron que ya estaba cerrado les dije que según el horario que está posteado en la puerta dice que la hora de cierre es a las 8 pm y la señorita que me contestó dijo que ellos salen a las 8

Very good packages of meat, previously assembled, so that you only take and pay. They speed card and have ample parking. recommended cuts.
