La carta reembolso que me pidieron se envió el 13 de enero y al momento siguen argumentando que no tienen dinero para realizar el reembolso y me traen con que la próxima semana y la próxima semana y por fin dejaron de responder mis mensajes. No es posible que no tengan oficinas en donde reportar estas situaciones.... exijo me den solución porque ni el gerente Daniel Armenta Solis me ha podido dar solución, es completamente incompetente y mentiroso. Quedo en espera de su respuesta a la brevedad !
