★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es muy cómodo. Tuve un evento de cumple y todos mis familiares quedaron encantados con el servicio, la comunicación con el personal es excelente, en general un hotel muy recomendable.
 The place is very comfortable. I had a birthday event and all my family members were delighted with the service, communication with the staff is excellent, in general a highly recommended hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice park, but the two last times I went, the pool was in bad conditions. One time it was green and with like fungi, and the other time I guess they cleaned it the exact day we booked it because the guests had a reaction in their skin. I hope they solve that problem because it’s a nice place but the pool is a big problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good option in value for what you pay. The location is convenient, close to downtown and highways. Facilities are well maintained. Only drawback is there is a black-water treatment installation adjoint and there is a bad smell or maybe there's a a problem with the sewage in the main bathroom. They told me they are going to install water filters soon.
