★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, lugar muy limpio y comida de muy buena calidad. Probamos los tacos de birria, la quesabirria grande y la birria sola y el único pero que le pongo es que para mi gusto le falta sabor y/o un poco de sal a la birria ya que la carne por si sola no tiene mucho sabor (esto cada quien lo puede corregir a su gusto agregándole sal, limón, salsa, cebolla con cilantro, o chopeando el taco en el caldo pero para mi gusto esto debería de ser algo opcional y no algo necesario). Fuera de esto todo esta perfecto. La quesabirria grande, riquísima, 100% recomendable ya que el queso hace muy buena combinación con la birria y le aporta mucho sabor. Y por ultimo, las salsas riquísimas (que hasta las podrían vender por si solas), para conocedores y amantes del picante: la salsa roja, la de cacahuate, y la macha muy picosas pero muy ricas (personalmente, mis favoritas fueron la de cacahuate y la macha), y la verde que es la única que no pica igualmente tiene muy buen sabor.
Excellent service, very clean place and very good quality food. We tried the birria tacos, the quesabirria grande and the birria alone and the only one but I put it is that for my taste it lacks flavor and / or a little salt to the birria since the meat itself does not have much flavor ( Everyone can correct this to their liking by adding salt, lemon, sauce, onion with coriander, or popping the taco in the broth but for my taste this should be something optional and not necessary). Outside of this everything is perfect. The large, delicious quesabirria, 100% recommended since the cheese combines very well with the birria and gives it a lot of flavor. And finally, the delicious sauces (which could even be sold by themselves), for connoisseurs and lovers of spicy: the red sauce, the peanut sauce, and the very spicy but very rich macha (personally, my favorites were the peanut and the macha), and the green one, which is the only one that does not sting, also has a very good flavor.
