★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No entiendo cómo es que este lugar no es más famoso. Es un local muy limpio y el dueño y su gente, entre quienes se encuentra su hijo, te atienden de una manera muy gentil. Antes el servicio era inmensamente lento, pero creo que en meses recientes ha mejorado.
Es uno de esos sitios que cuentan con un menú muy extenso, pero su fuerte son las carnitas. La oreja, la tripa y el cuerito son espectaculares y las tortillas son muy deliciosas. El plato viene bien servido y las salsas son una maravilla.
Pedir un consomé de barbacoa para degustar antes de los tacos es una buena estrategia. Para mí son tal vez las mejores carnitas de la zona y tienen mucho tiempo de existencia. Los domingos de cruda en La Reyna de la Roma son una gloria. ¡Conózcanla!
 I don't understand how this place is not more famous. It is a very clean place and the owner and his people, among whom is his son, serve you in a very gentle way. Before, the service was immensely slow, but I think that in recent months it has improved.
It is one of those places that have a very extensive menu, but its strong point is carnitas. The ear, the gut and the cuerito are spectacular and the tortillas are very delicious. The dish is well served and the sauces are wonderful.
Ordering a barbecue broth to taste before the tacos is a good strategy. For me they are perhaps the best carnitas in the area and they have been around for a long time. Raw Sundays in La Reyna de la Roma are a glory. Get to know her!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente, las carnitas están deliciosas no tienen exceso de grasa, la carne muy bien cocida. El local es muy agradable. No es muy grande, pero su sabor es excelente. También venden barbacoa y birria. No cuentan con estacionamiento por lo que hay que buscar en las calles aledañas. Sus dueños muy amables. Abren de martes a domingo. Los precios dependen del alimento. El taco de carnitas a 20 pesos muy bien servido. Los visitaré nuevamente :)
Excellent, the carnitas are delicious, they don't have excess fat, the meat is very well cooked. The place is very nice. It is not very big, but it tastes excellent. They also sell barbecue and birria. They do not have parking so you have to look in the surrounding streets. Its very kind owners. They open from Tuesday to Sunday. Prices depend on food. He probado carnitas en 5 lugares diferentes y en ningún lugar me han gustado tanto como estas carnitas. Con estas carnitas nunca encuentro nada duro entre la carne y siempre me despachan como pido.

I have tried carnitas in 5 different places and nowhere have I liked them as much as these carnitas. With these carnitas I never find anything hard among the meat and they always serve me as I ask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen lugar para taquear, pedí uno de surtida y otro de costilla, ambos muy ricos, la carne ligeramente crujiente por la forma en que los preparan lo cual le dan un sabor agradable. Además de degustar el agua de manzana que para el calor que hacía resultó muy conveniente. Lo único que no me gustó pero no baja la calificación fueron las gorditas de carnitas debido a que contienen mucha grasa, sin embargo es un buen lugar y excelente servicio
Good place to check, I ordered one assortment and one rib, both very rich, the meat slightly crispy by the way they are prepared which give it a nice flavor. In addition to tasting apple water for the heat it was very convenient. The only thing I did not like but did not lower the rating were the carnitas gorditas because they contain a lot of fat, however it is a good place and excellent service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buenas las carnitas y la cochinita pibil. Pedimos órdenes en paquete que incluía refresco y 3 tacos por $75. Se me hizo muy bien. Tienen mesitas afuera para comer ahí o también tienen para llevar. Muy buen servicio y muy amables todos. Vamos a regresar a probar las gorditas y el chamorro. También tienen paquetes familiares de carnitas y cochinita.
The carnitas and the cochinita pibil are very good. We ordered packaged orders that included soda and 3 tacos for $ 75. It did me very well. They have tables outside to eat there or they also have to take away. Very good service and very friendly everyone. We are going to return to taste the gorditas and the chamorro. They also have family packets of carnitas and cochinita.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing experience at this hidden gem in Mexico. If you're travelling and are looking for local delicacy, this place is for you.
Francisco has been making tacos and chilaquiles for 37 years now and is super down to earth. I barely spoke any Spanish and he was very welcoming and patient to explain the process of how he put his whole heart into the dishes. The amount was generous and was definitely worth every penny.
The restaurant is well organized and is very clean! I had the whole dish and am completely fine. I am in no way affiliated to this place
and am wholeheartedly recommending this place to you!
