El servicio es lento muy lento
Los meseros están poco capacitados
1 mesero para atender a 20 personas desde luego no se daba a basto.
La comida la sirvieron fría completamente pedí enchiladas verdes y hot cakes.
En las tardes el servicio me ha tocado bien el de cafetería no se por que razón sea un servicio tan distinto.

El vivero es muy bonito y los espacios abiertos donde puedes degustar los alimentos es muy agradable y reconfortante.
Si carta es principalmente snack y bebidas, el café es bueno.
El estacionamiento es reducido.
La atención es muy buena.
Buenos precios.
Un lugar fuera de lo común en Cuautla.
Generally speaking the place is great.
The nursery is very nice and the open spaces where you can taste the food is very pleasant and comforting.
If the menu is mainly snacks and drinks, the coffee is good.
Parking is tight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La roca. Vivero + café... Reseña. No cumple con las normas de sanidad en cuanto a la distancia de las mesas. Son selectivos en la entrada dependiendo del tipo de carro que traigas. La ocasión pasada que lo visite en una t cros, se portaron muy amables y serviciales. Está vez vengo en un auto de modelo no muy reciente, y se portaron de manera déspota en la entrada. Se tardaron 25 min aprox en traer la carta. Y el servicio ni se diga, la carne de la hamburguesa casi cruda.. Malísima experiencia en esta ocasión. Así que si quieres visitar este lugar procura venir en un carratzo.
Ha, las sillas súper aguadas, no es el mejor lugar. El "frappé" súper aguado ☹️. Lo único rescatable es la música de fondo, y el lugar para tomarte fotos. No está buena la comida. No son serviciales. Te quieren prácticamente correr. Te retiran los vasos sin preguntar aunque aún tenga bebida.?

Ha, the super watery chairs, it's not the best place. The super watery "frappé" ☹️. The only redeeming thing is the background music, and the place to take photos. The food is not good. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar como siempre es muy agradable, tienen una sección tranquila, donde solo adultos están permitidos y el ambiente es más relajado donde puedes ir a leer o a tener una buena charla.
Lo único que falló un poco son los alimentos, pedí una ensalada y los vegetales estaban un poco secos, como que da la impresión de que no están frescos, pero seguro es porque ya los tienen previamente cortados.
El servicio fue muy bueno, solo que 2 meseros para casi 20 mesas, no se dan abasto y a pesar de que suben y bajan con alimentos, la actitud de los chicos es super buena.
As always, the place is very nice, they have a quiet section, where only adults are allowed and the atmosphere is more relaxed where you can go to read or have a good chat.
The only thing that failed a bit was the food, I ordered a salad and the vegetables were a bit dry, as if they weren't fresh, but it's probably because they already have them previously cut.
The service was very good, only 2 waiters for almost 20 tables, they can't cope and despite the fact that they go up and down with food, the attitude of the guys is super good.
