★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar que visité, es un restaurante bar, en tepozotlán, para bailar y tomar, está bien. Pero no pidas un snack, porque se tardan dos horas en traerlo y también le falta aire acondicionado.

Tardaron más de una hora en atendernos, la mesera super grosera, no había tarros.
Si eres cliente frecuente ya la hiciste porque medio te conocen, si eres de los que viene porque quiere tomarse un trago la atención será pésima, prácticamente serás ignorado...
Ah, y de todos modos aunque tienen un pésimo servicio tienen el descaro de cobrar el 10% de servicio directo en la cuenta...
Les tendré que mandar a Profeco
A year ago the service and attention were good, today the service is AWFUL.
It took more than an hour to serve us, the waitress was super rude, there were no jars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Están advertidos, el servicio al cliente pésimo. La comida es muy pero muy lenta, no te atienden bien y no recogen los alimentos una vez consumidos dejando al mes con aspecto sucio. El precio es bueno, la comida y el sabor no tanto. Lo único bueno es el ambiente y la fachada , si van por favor no esperen ser atendidos rápidos, los meseros ocupados viendo el celular y comiendo sin preocuparse por la clientela
