Peerooo !! Aún con todo lo anterior, en la cuenta te hacen el 'cargo del servicio' lamentable porque, si das un buen servicio, para qué cobrarlo ( se entiende que darás propina )!!??

Mesas sucias, la limpiaron hasta que se los pedí, tardaron casi una hora en preparar una pizza y un par de hamburguesas, la "carne" es congelada de la que contiene soya, el aceite en qué la fríen sabe a rancio, a la hora de pagar la cuenta te la inflan un 50% en el ticket por "i.v.a." (que sólo se debe cobrar si pides factura, cosa que yo no hice ni ellos expidieron), por propina y porque algunos refrescos los cobraron a más de lo que decía la carta, al preguntarle a su gerente, su argumento fue que así estaba programado su sistema, y como le dije que los iba a reportar, no me devolvieron mi ticket.

El sazón está, calidad promedio. Pero lo que nada más no está bien, es el servicio.
Meseros cobran el servicio sobre la cuenta, el gerente es un joven sin actitud de servicio y no sabe lo que hace.
Atienden como si les pidieras un favor. Y por si fuera poco en fechas importantes, no tienen una correcta administración y distribución de insumos. En pleno 14 de febrero a las 10pm por no querer atenter, por flojera, dijeron que ya no tenían servicio.

The seasoning is, average quality. But what nothing else is not good, is the service.
Waiters charge the service on the bill, the manager is a young man without a service attitude and does not know what he is doing.
They treat you as if you were asking them for a favor. And as if that were not enough on important dates, they do not have a correct administration and distribution of supplies. In the middle of February 14 at 10pm for not wanting to attend, due to laziness, they said that they no longer had service.
