★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Historic, old time cantina in downtown Merida. Friendly, great service. Long, narrow, several rooms deep. Cool on a hot day. Botanas OK. Other dishes, like poc chuk, tacos, french fries can be ordered. Nice place to relax and have a cold beer on a hot day. Local hangout, occasional expat.
