★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, los alimentos son muy buenos, los precios son bastante accesibles, el menú es bastante amplio, los baños y mesas estaban limpios, ojalá pudieran enriquecer más su decoración.
Excellent service, the food is very good, the prices are quite accessible, the menu is quite extensive, the bathrooms and tables were clean, I wish they could enrich their decoration more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida del lugar es muy rica, la decoración es bonita, nada del otro mundo pero a mí sí me gustó. Las bebidas también 10 de 10 ?? pero algo que si me desagradó mucho es que tienen mesas que son exclusivas para grupos de 5 o más personas y aunque el lugar esté vacío no te dejan sentarte ahí, si te sientas en una de esas se acercan para cambiarte de lugar y se me hizo algo irrespetuoso. Fuera de eso como mencioné, sus comidas y bebidas valen muchísimo la pena. Pedimos la cerveza de mantequilla, un Gigle Watter, un sándwich "quimera" y un "hombre lobo", por la comida les habría dado 5 estrellas de no ser por el incidente de los asientos :(
The food in the place is very tasty, the decoration is nice, nothing special but I did like it. The drinks are also 10 out of 10 ?? but something that I really disliked is that they have tables that are exclusive for groups of 5 or more people and even if the place is empty they don't let you sit there, if you sit at one of those they come over to change your place and something disrespectful was done to me. Apart from that, as I mentioned, their food and drinks are very worth it. We ordered the butterbeer, a gigle watter, a "chimera" sandwich and a "werewolf", for the food I would have given them 5 stars if it wasn't for the seating incident :(

It's always empty due to the horrible service and tasteless food.
Just check their Facebook to see how bad experiences everybody had in this place.
Honestly very sad because HP's saga fans are supportive clients ... any way don't go.
