Yo llegué con colitis ulcerosa (CUCI), y gracias al veganismo y al nuevo estilo de vida propuesto por Gaby, pude dejar el medicamento que eventualmente iba a acabar con mi hígado. Recomiendo mucho a Gaby y a todo su equipo!

I arrived with ulcerative colitis (UCI), and thanks to veganism and the new lifestyle proposed by Gaby, I was able to stop taking the medication that was eventually going to kill my liver. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es excelente, completa y humana la consulta y asesoría que ofrece la nutrióloga. La manera en que aborda al individuo en su totalidad no tiene comparación con otras consultas clásicas de nutrición que sólo se enfocan en el alimento que se ingiere por la boca.
Por otra parte, todo lo que brindan en la tienda está bien pensado para tener una nutrición más limpia funcional y con conciencia.
En resumen, buscan que logremos un equilibrio no sólo en el ámbito físico sino también emocional, mental, social y de la paz interna.
Recomiendo ampliamente.
The consultation and advice offered by the nutritionist is excellent, complete and humane. The way it addresses the whole individual is unmatched by other classic nutrition consultations that only focus on the food that is ingested through the mouth.
On the other hand, everything they provide in the store is well thought out for functional and conscientious cleaner nutrition.
In short, they seek us to achieve a balance not only in the physical sphere but also emotionally, mentally, socially and in internal peace.
