★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy ineficientes con un mal servicio no contestan el teléfono tampoco el WhatsApp que proporcionan. No abren a la hora estipulada. Tuve que pedir mi anticipo de regreso.
A la respuesta del propietario:
Primero al pedir el servicio me comentaron que la foto estaba bien, pasó una semana y al ir a recoger la camisa me comentaron que no servía la foto (en vez de marcar unos días antes). Me comentaron que no habían echo nada por que la imagen no servia. Acorde con la persona encargada de entregar la foto en un USB a las 1030 de la mañana. Al llegar me percaté que no habían abierto incluso me espere media hora y no abrieron. Después de eso hablé con una persona, muy amable, ella me mencionó que sin probeblama podría pasar por mi anticipo y la camisa a las 430. Al llegar la persona encargada de antender el lugar se porto muy grosero y se negó a entregarme ambas cosas incluso me mintió que no estaba la camisa cuando la podía ver colgada. No estoy tratando de difamar el lugar ni mucho menos solo quiero compartir mi experiencia. Ya que desde un principio llegue con la mejor dispocicion de trabajar con ustedes incluso les di una segunda oportinidad. Y aún no me an brindado un buen servicio, no tengo ni mi camisa ni mi anticipo.

Recibí mi anticipo y mi camisa el deseo lo mejor a este establecimiento.

First, when I asked for the service, they told me that the photo was fine, a week passed and when I went to pick up the shirt they told me that the photo was not useful (instead of marking a few days before). They told me that they had not done anything because the image did not work. Agree with the person in charge of delivering the photo on a USB at 1030 in the morning. Upon arrival I realized that they had not opened even I waited half an hour and they did not open. After that I spoke with a very kind person, she mentioned to me that without problem blame I could go through my advance and the shirt at 430. El tiempo, el precio y la calidad son insuperables, sólo que ahora no los encuentro y tengo muchas otras prendas que llevarles. Por fa si me pueden contactar, se los agradeceré mucho!
