Excelente consistencia, sabor presentación, para comerse solo, botanear acompañado de tu bebida favorita,o agregarlo a platillos, o quesadillas, también preparamos pizza con el queso enchilado y el sabor es delicioso.
La mayor parte de los quesos son de Durango algunos de Chihuahua.
Dicen que duran 3 semanas; pero ha pasado un poco más de 1 mes, bien refrigerados y ya abiertos en mi casa y siguen manteniendo su sabor y color.
