Los empleados son eficientes y muy atentos, buen surtido, pero si deja mucho que desear la calidad humana de sus propietarios ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cada vez el servicio es de peor calidad y los precios más caros. Literalmente fui a comprar 3 cosas y en lugar de que todo me lo despacharan en un solo lugar tuve que hacer 6 filas, es inadmisible que para comprar unos globos, unos capacillos y medio kg de dulces a granel permaneciera en la tienda 1 hora 12 minutos. Llegué e hice fila para acercarme a qué me aplicarán gel y me tomaran la temperatura, posteriormente hice fila en los globos (había solo 1 persona adelante de mi), posteriormente en otro mostrador fila para que me despacharan medio kg de dulces (5 personas adelante de mi), luego en el otro mostrador para los capacillos (3 personas adelante de mi); el servicio muy lento e ineficiente las empleadas por dentro del mostrador como gallinas descabezadas, unas regañando a las otras y la señora de la caja llamandoles la atención delante de los clientes. Por fin se llego el momento de pagar y nuevamente fila y finalmente una nueva fila para recoger la mercancía y por la ineficiencia de que es mercancía de "lugares diferentes" no estaba a la mano.
Every time the service is of worse quality and the prices more expensive. I literally went to buy 3 things and instead of having everything shipped to me in one place I had to stand in 6 rows, it is inadmissible that to buy some balloons, some wrappers and half a kg of bulk sweets I would spend 1 hour 12 minutes . I arrived and lined up to get closer to where they would apply gel and take my temperature, then I lined up at the balloons (there was only 1 person in front of me), then lined up at another counter to have half a kg of sweets dispatched to me (5 people in front me), then at the other counter for the wrappers (3 people ahead of me); The service was very slow and inefficient, the employees inside the counter like headless chickens, some scolding the others and the lady at the checkout calling their attention in front of the customers. Finally, it was time to pay and again a line and finally a new line to pick up the merchandise and due to the inefficiency that it is merchandise from "different places" it was not at hand.
