★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is not to be missed if you're visiting SMA. The ambiance is kitsch and so much fun. Fat mermaids don the walls of this bar and restaurant located in the heart of the city. We enjoyed delicious margaritas and incredibly delicious shrimp and ahi street tacos at an amazing price. I thought I'd died and gone to heaven. The service was great, too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The night we came the service was below average for what you normally receive in San Miguel. The food took almost an hour to come out and was mediocre in quality and flavor. The employees seemed more busy with wrestling and playing around than providing attentive service. The wait for the food was unacceptable in my opinion considering the fact we were the only table dining in the restaurant at the time. There are a lot of places I would highly recommend in San Miguel... But this is not one of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is delicious, their speciality is sea food but they also offer other dishes on the menu, like pork chamorro or Chile stuffed with cheese . Very good service, and nice cocktails made with mezcal, (special tip, order the prawn burger!) Make sure to ask for a table in the patio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service here is impeccable. People are so warm and hospitable. The artichoke are to die for! Few places can do artichoke well and these guys have nailed it. The soup was delicious too. The Sirena Gorda in Zihuatanejo is better but this one is lovely if you are in San Miguel de Allende.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food in this place is good as well as the service. In addition the salsas a superb but a little bit spicy!
However the ambient music was too loud during lunch.
In addition it would be good that they had a larger selection of craft beer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome sea food... Very tasty dishes. A little bit expensive for what it is. But comparing the prices of the restaurants in the area is actually very affordable.
I came here with a big group and we got served well, fast and no problems with the checks.
Also cocktails are good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great decor and ambiance but the food was mostly blah. I did like the fish tacos but nothing amazing. They only had Tecate beer and Dos Equis which was annoying.
The music was way too loud for the waiter to hear our orders so he got my drink order wrong.
We live in SMA and thought its not worth going back.
