El lugar muy pequeño y sin ninguna norma de sanidad luego el servicio pésimo y te dicen que son 2 canciones por mesa luego las pides y te ponen solo una y no te dan respuesta de que pasa con tu otra canción y el dj hace lo que se le da la gana
Srs. Es un karaoke de mínimo el audio debería ser bueno y es deleznable muy malo y los nacho son demasiado caros para lo que te dan sinceramente hay mejores opciones en playa por que solo iras a conocer y salir decepcionando como nuestro casa lastima tienen un lugar para sacarle provecho y esta desperdiciado en todo
 The worst karaoke I've ever been to on the beach
The place is very small and without any health regulations then the terrible service and they tell you that there are 2 songs per table then you ask for them and they only give you one and they do not give you an answer about what happens with your other song and the dj does what he knows he wants
Srs. It is a minimum karaoke, the audio should be good and it is despicable, very bad and the nachos are too expensive for what they give you sincerely there are better options on the beach because you will only go to know and leave disappointed as our house hurts they have a place to take advantage of it and is wasted on everything

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El dj es súper antiprofesional, que lástima que no puedan tomar en serio su trabajo, se ve muy mal que no te atienda en el Karaoke si no eres su amig@.
The dj is super unprofessional, what a pity that they cannot take their work seriously, it looks very bad that they do not attend you at Karaoke if you are not their friend.

They take hours to play the chosen song and they only listen to their friends. Terrible service. In addition, they include a 15% tip in the bill ticket

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar al cual jamás regresaré. Nuestra experiencia en cuanto al servicio al cliente fue muy escasa, demasiados NO de parte de Anaís, nuestra mesera. No nos asignaron canciones después de dos horas y solo se excusaron ? mi mesa fue de puros compañeros que se dedican al servicio al cliente para el turismo, por ende somos todos bastante pacientes y al menos agotaron la mía. No lo recomiendo y espero este mensaje sincero ayude a mas personas a reconsiderar visitar este lugar. Muchas otras cosas pasaron entre comentarios del encargado y yo que da hasta pereza hablar de ello. Bye.
A place to which I will never return. Our experience in terms of customer service was very poor, too many NOs from Anaís, our waitress. They did not assign us songs after two hours and they only excused themselves ? my table was made up of only colleagues who are dedicated to customer service for tourism, therefore we are all quite patient and at least they sold out mine. I do not recommend it and I hope this sincere message helps more people to reconsider visiting this place. Many other things happened between the manager's comments and me that it's even too lazy to talk about it. Bye.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el mesero super necio, nos condicionó la venta de cerveza con alimento.
Los snacks caros, desabridos y ni siquiera te dan salsas o un complemento.
Se tardan muchísimo para traerte algo de comer, y para que te digan que eso no lo tienen en la cocina.
Las canciones que pedimos nunca las pusieron, y 6/10 canciones que ponían era para una mesa, la cuál le dio dinero al DJ para que siguiera poniendo sus canciones.
Pésimo lugar, muy caro, mala atención de los meseros, solo hay un sanitario para mujeres. No recomiendo ir a este establecimiento
Terrible service, the super stupid waiter, conditioned us the sale of beer with food.
Expensive, bland snacks and they don't even give you sauces or a complement.
They take a long time to bring you something to eat, and for them to tell you that they don't have it in the kitchen.
The songs that we asked for were never played, and 6/10 songs that were played were for a table, which gave the DJ money to continue playing his songs.
Terrible place, very expensive, bad attention from the waiters, there is only one toilet for women. I do not recommend going to this establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go there. First of all made us buy food, which wasn't a real rule. Then dropped a bottle (which was the fault of the waitress ?) and charged us 30 pesos for dropping it. Also automatically put 20% service on the bill. Absolute thieves and managers don't care. Horrible, horrible humans
