★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La ubicación es excelente y los precios aún más. No es un hotel conocido ni de renombre, pero sus suites tipo casas para estadías cortas además de ubicarse en Las Quintas, colonia llena de negocios y muy tranquila, lo convierten en una muy buena opción de hospedaje.
 The location is excellent and the prices even more. It is not a well-known hotel or renowned, but its suites type houses for short stays in addition to being located in Las Quintas, colony full of business and very quiet, make it a very good choice of accommodation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super mal trato de las recepcionistas, salimos a desayunar y antes de salir nos preguntaron si pagariamos otro dia dijimos que si, que pagabamos al regresar, se queda mi hija en el cuarto y le dicen que le van a llamar a la policia para sacarnos por no haber pagado, que la recepcionista anterior no comento nada. Despues al hacer check out olvida mi hija sus air pods, busca la ubicacion y le sigue apareciendo ahi pero las señoras dicen que no pueden hacer nada mientras nadie admita que los agarraron. Pido hablar con un encargado y dicen que nunca esta.
PESIMO SERVICIO.
Super bad treatment of the receptionists, we went out for breakfast and before leaving they asked us if we would pay another day we said yes, we paid when we returned, my daughter stays in the room and they tell her that they are going to call the police to get us out for not having paid, that the previous receptionist did not comment on anything. After checking out, my daughter forgets her air pods, looks for the location and keeps showing up there but the ladies say they can't do anything as long as no one admits that they got them. I ask to speak to a manager and they say he's never there.
TERRIBLE SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es la primera vez que pasa en este hotel, pues ya nos habían platicado que eso pasaba pero ahora nos toco.
La gente de recepción le pasa tu informacion al cartel para sacarte dinero, dieron mi nombre, de donde vengo y mi numero de telefono.
Pasamos un muy mal momento en verdad, tuvimos que irnos del hotel de inmediato.
No es el primer incidente con la gente del hotel pues anteriormente nos trataron muy despotamente, me robaron y todavia me dicen pues ya ni modo no tienes como comprobar pero sin embargo nos volvimos a hospedar sin tomar en cuenta lo anterior.
No se me hace justo por que nosotros venimos en familia, no somos mala gente, no venimos con malas intenciones, ni nos metemos con la gente
Si vez esto y piensas hospedarte ahi NO LO HAGAS NOOOOO LO HAGAS!!!

It is not the first time that it happens in this hotel, because they had already told us that it happened but now it is our turn.
The reception people pass your information to the cartel to get money from you, they gave my name, where I come from and my phone number.
We really had a very bad time, we had to leave the hotel immediately.
It is not the first incident with the people of the hotel because previously they treated us very despotly, they robbed me and they still tell me that there is no way to check, but nevertheless we stayed again without taking the above into account.
It does not seem fair to me because we come as a family, we are not bad people, we do not come with bad intentions, nor do we mess with people
If you see this and you plan to stay there DO NOT DO IT NOOOOO DO IT!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've stayed in several hotels in Mexico, and for the most part, they are not bad from the perspective of someone from the States. This was definitely above average. Small, but decent kitchen for basic meals. Currently remodeling, and the remodeled rooms are a lot better than the ones that are unfinished.
