★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed! My husband, daughter and I boarded the Sultana bus in Michigan. We were told for the price of the tickets to travel to Mexico was a very good price because the busses We very clean and semi elegant. We were told that each seat had a phone plug. We were super excited. Well, no phone plugs, no food or drink allowed on the bus(for a 2 day trip). No toilet paper, no water to flush and no hand sanitizer. Gross!
