Yes he served us, but his attitude was so strange. We tried to be kind and polite but he still looked so angry or not interested at all. As fast as he coukd he returned to his computer football game in the middle of the restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ate here a few nights ago and still cannot stop thinking about that pasta! Omg. Truly delicious. We also loved the cozy, quirky ambience. It feels like you’ve stumbled upon a little tavern in the woods. Except this tavern is pretty popular it seems, so you’ll want to make a reservation during rainy/busy season. We got lucky and scored the last table. The owner does things his way (and why shouldn’t he), but is very pleasant. Looking forward to visiting again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best pasta restaurants I have tried, and I adore pasta. My partner and I are vegan and they were very accommodating, with lots of options to choose from (pro tip: bring your own vegan cheese). Service is a bit slow, but I would not want it faster due to the chef meticulously preparing each dish with care. The results show for themselves, each pasta is deliciously infused with flavor and the portions are enormous, I am so full and I still have an entire other portion left. Expensive for the area but worth every penny. Amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge and delicious portions! Two people shared a plate of pasta and a steak and it was difficult to ate it all. The pasta was amazingly good and the steak so tender and cooked perfectly. They had a big selection of beers and mezcal that it was difficult to choose. It's on the expensive side but it was worth every penny. Service was good and fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was amazing! We went there twice in our short stay in San Jose, and it is some of the best Italian food I have ever had and the house red is lovely too. Our only downside and confusion was the hand drawn art of Hitler and Auschwitz along with others on the back wall, we unfortunately do not speak enough Spanish to get an explanation for these.
