Los cortes pueden ser un poco secos para algunos paladares, pero son asados al carbon o ahumados por así decirlo, claro uno puede pedir que se le prepare a cierta cocción la carne.
El buffet muy variado y tanto como ensaladas, acompañamientos, pastas y salsas.
Very good place for an outing to eat as a couple or as a family, all very clean and careful of the measures. The attention of the boys is very good and friendly.
The cuts may be a bit dry for some palates, but they are charcoal-grilled or smoked so to speak, of course one can ask that the meat be cooked to a certain degree.
