No soy de comida tostadita pues te las sirven en 2 tortillas una suave y otra tostadita por fuera. (Para este detalle la culpa fue mía por no.mengionar eso o desconocer ese detalle de la takeria. Otro punto aunque fuera del control del lugar, pues es humilde, fue que se encierra el calor algo feo para estas fechas [mayo] y la carpa plástica no ayudó mucho para dejar fluir el aire. 1 punto en contra que para personas como yo que no tomamos refresco, si le falto ya algo típico en varios lugares de Matamoros, sus aguas de sabor. Por demás, si recomiendo el lugar. Después checare otros platillos o estilos de tacos de birria de los cuales mostraba su menú. My experience there was good for my first time, since the waiter came offering the promotion of the day, which happened to be what we were looking for: QUESABIRRIAS with consommé. I'm not one for toasted food because they are served in 2 tortillas, one soft and the other toasted on the outside. (For this detail, it was my fault for not mentioning that or not knowing that detail of the takeria. Another point, although outside the control of the place, since it is humble, was that the heat is somewhat ugly for these dates [May] and the plastic tent did not help much to let the air flow. 1 point against that for people like me who do not drink soda, if something typical in several places in Matamoros is missing, its flavored waters. Pedimos para llevar, estan muy bien servidas de carne y consome lo pedimos con carne por un costo extra y esta riquisimo. The quesabirrias and the consommé are great, the first time we tried them and they are non-stop eating. We will surely return soon. We order to go, they are very well served with meat and we order consommé with meat for an extra cost and it is delicious.
