Si bien el sabor no será el mismo que el encontrado en la capirucha, ciertamente traerán sosiego a sus anhelantes tripas y fatigarán gustosamente las mandíbulas en su labor demenuzadora.
El curioso que solo haya oído hablar de la longaniza, el suadero o la tripita, sin haber explorado nunca sus aromas o insumado alguno de estos ejemplares gastronómicos, podrá finalmente matar a ese gato, darse un festín con la oferta, y vanagloriarse de haber ingerido comida capitalina.
