I bought a lid for a Rotoplas cistern, and when I saw it I didn't realize that it was somewhat damaged, since it was covered in dust. When I got home I cleaned it with water and apparently that lid was already used. It was functional nonetheless. The problem was that after opening and closing it 2 or 3 times, one of the handles to turn it broke. Looking at the piece, it had already been repaired. The point of my comment is to show the man that he sold me a used product in poor condition at a new price. Unfortunately, the cover was urgent for me, and I did not take the precaution of checking it at the time of purchase, in part because one trusts that one is buying something in good condition. It is sad that there are people who, due to lack of ethics, want to earn a few pesos by being dishonest with the client, and put the prestige of their business at risk. Obviously I no longer went to claim, since the poorly repaired part broke a month after purchase, and surely they were not going to change it.
