★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En domingo por la tarde con mi familia fue pésima experiencia, fuimos dos veces y nos dijo el que recibe que estaba lleno y pedimos reservar pero nos dijeron que no, teníamos que esperar conforme iba uno llegando volvimos a regresar y esperamos 20 o 25 minutos en la calle, al liberarse una mesa y sentarnos 6 o 7 minutos después de hacerlo, la misma persona ( masculino alto joven) nos menciona que el servicio tardaría de 30 a 45 minutos ( pudiendo decirlo al momento de esperar afuera) el lugar es lo más parecido a una fonda en su formato, es una lastima pues lo habíamos escuchado en la radio y jamás pensamos que nos tratarían así.
Lamentablemente no les interesa que el comensal regrese o al menos que tenga una agradable experiencia
No lo recomiendo por el mal servicio y por no mencionar con anticipación que tardarán en atenderte tanto tiempo.
On a Sunday afternoon with my family it was a terrible experience, we went twice and the one who receives us told us that it was full and we asked to reserve but they told us no, we had to wait as one arrived, we returned and waited 20 or 25 minutes in the street, when freeing up a table and sitting down 6 or 7 minutes after doing so, the same person (tall young male) mentions that the service would take 30 to 45 minutes (being able to say it when waiting outside) the place is the most similar to a fonda in its format, it is a pity because we had heard it on the radio and we never thought that they would treat us like that.
Unfortunately, they are not interested in the diner returning or at least having a pleasant experience.
I do not recommend it because of the bad service and for not mentioning in advance that it will take so long to serve you.
