Solicité reembolso por falta de atención al cliente y se portaron de manera muy grosera y me dijeron que no me iban a mandar ningún reembolso y ningún comprobante, tengo desde el 01 de Marzo con esta situación y es fecha que no me regresan mi dinero, una estafa total. No recomiendo que compren en línea. Son groseros y ladrones.
It is a scam, they stole 1500 pesos from me and they never returned it to me. I requested a refund due to lack of customer service and they behaved very rudely and told me that they were not going to send me any refund and no proof, I have had this situation since March 1 and it is the date that they do not return my money, one total scam.
