★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ojalá capacitaran a los meseros y les dieran un curso de servicio, atención y amabilidad. Dos veces solicité sirvieran agua y ninguno de los dos meseros lo hizo. Y al final quieren propina. Y lo peor es que se enojan y se ponen a discutir y se ponen retadores y altaneros. Todo el Excelente servicio que siempre han brindado se los hechan a perder jóvenes que no entienden como funcionan las cosas. Espero que el jefe de meseros en verdad haya escuchado mis comentarios y no me haya dado el avión solamente. Los baños de hombres deberían tener mingitorios por ahorro de agua y deberían componer la llave del lavado que también hace que se tire mucha agua.
I wish they trained the waiters and gave them a course in service, attention and kindness. Twice I asked for water and neither server did. And in the end they want a tip. And the worst thing is that they get angry and argue and become challenging and haughty. All the excellent service that they have always provided is spoiled by young people who do not understand how things work. I hope the head waiter really listened to my comments and didn't just give me the plane. The men's restrooms should have urinals to save water and should compose the faucet of the wash that also causes a lot of water to be flushed.

The food very rich. The staff disappointed me, because not all of them are friendly. As far as it goes, the place is fine and pleasant. I don't know about costs. Well, I was a guest, not the host.
