★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El mesero fue muy amable, pero la cristalería está sucia, la comida no está mal, pero en verdad está muy caro más de cinco mil pesos y no fue mucha comida, ahora entiendo porque estaba vacío, lo que si es que siento que son muy agresivos al atraer personal por la vista, que está muy bonita, pero no vale la pena por el precio.

Te incluyen un iva que no debe de existir además de que ya te meten el 23% de propina como obligación.
Cheques sus cuentas antes de pagar.

They include a VAT that should not exist in addition to the fact that they already give you a 23% tip as an obligation.

Una parrillada de 2800 pesos con 4 camaroncitos, un solo nopal quemado, y no se hable del pollo y carne. Horrible lugar se paga por la vista nadamas.

A barbecue for 2,800 pesos with 4 shrimp, a single burnt nopal, and not to mention the chicken and meat. Horrible place you pay for the view nothing more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡Pésimo servicio! No manejan precios en su carta y te terminan cobrando el triple! Los meseros son acosadores con las chicas que van. Además te quieren cobrar casi el 30% de propina. El baño no tiene agua, ni en los lavabos! Y está Súper sucio. La peor experiencia en un bar! Nefasto.
Terrible service! They do not handle prices in their letter and end up charging you triple! The waiters are stalkers with the girls who go. They also want to charge you almost a 30% tip. The bathroom has no water, not even in the sinks! And it's super dirty. The worst experience in a bar! Disastrous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio desde la entrada, el acceso es por la joyería y los meseros te muestran la carta desde la entrada para ver "si eres capas de pagar la cuenta", en el lugar hay varios locales de comida cerrados así que no se ve que tengan para solventar su negocio y se desquitan con los precios para los comensales.
La comida tarda bastante e incluso con las bebidas, la vista es buena aunque a un muy alto costo sinceramente.
La calidad de atención al cliente en cuanto a los meseros considero que es lo regular ya que les falta mucho aún. Y la cuenta... Realmente el costo está por las nubes en comparación con muchos otros lugares que he visitado hasta el momento, si fuese posible no le daría ninguna estrella, comida básica desde unos $250 por persona hasta casi $400, realmente no vale la pena.
Y la cereza del pastel, una propina del 10% que te agregan como si realmente hubiera valido la pena y tú ni enterado. NO VUELVO A VENIR A ESTE LUGAR.
Terrible service from the entrance, the access is through the jewelry store and the waiters show you the letter from the entrance to see "if you are able to pay the bill", in the place there are several closed food places so you don't see that they have to solve their business and they take it out on prices for diners.
The food takes a long time and even with the drinks, the view is good although at a very high cost honestly.
The quality of customer service in terms of waiters I consider to be regular since they still have a long way to go. And the bill... The cost is really through the roof compared to many other places I've visited so far, if possible I wouldn't give it any stars, basic food from about $250 per person to almost $400, really not worth the grief.
And the cherry on the cake, a 10% tip that they add to you as if it had really been worth it and you didn't even know about it. I WILL NOT COME TO THIS PLACE AGAIN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has got a nice ambient and accessible drinks, not that expensive and has a nice view of the Central. Excelent location, in front of the Bellas Artes Museum.
Only thing that I've forgot to say is: 1) Tip is already included on the bill 2) they give you a ticket and you've got to save it 'cause it's neccesary for get out of the place, if you lost that ticket they charge you $5 USD or $30 mexican pesos [sounds weird but i went again and that happened] and 3) no outsider drinks are allowed.

Waiter did not show the menus because of "our protection" against COVID so she pulled her phone out and showed us pictures of plates with out prices. She only showed you what she wanted us to see. Beer was water down. I had a green juice for 160 pesos (about 8 USD)Food was good but not worth 2,700 pesos (about $135 USD) needles to say we will never go back to this place. They only thing that made it worth it was the view to the Zòcalo. (But not even $135 dls worth lol) We left so disappointed. I usually don't do bad reviews, unless they deserve it. This place took the cake, my top worst restaurant review ever in all the reviews I have done. This had never happened to us before.... and trust me I will NOT happen again. I would give it 0 ☆'s but it won't let me? BTW they only take cash. (Hmm... I wonder why??)
