Primero el personal a cargo de la terraza deja a sus niños (realmente muy sucios) en la fiesta y se van..
Los pequeños hacen destrozos y nadie se hace responsable.. sí les pides que los retiren se molestan
Consumen los alimentos de la fiesta sin pedir autorización y portándose sumamente groseras
Y finalmente justo a la hora que termina tu servicio comienzan a levantar de mala gana todo quitando a tus invitados no dan tiempo para que uno recoja sus cosas ellos limpian y al terminar hasta sueltan a los perros
Mi servicio fue de 2 a 7 (supuestamente porque a las 3 aún no podíamos terminar ya que sus niños no nos lo permitían) y a las 7:15 ellos ya habían recogido mesas..
Sus pequeños no permiten a los niños de la fiesta hacer uso de las instalaciones, no permiten subirse al brincolin ni. Los juegos a otros niños
Y finalmente las instalaciones están en malas condiciones..

Terrible service..
First the staff in charge of the terrace leaves their children (really very dirty) at the party and they leave.
The little ones make damage and no one is responsible .. if you ask them to remove them they get upset
They consume the food of the party without asking for authorization and behaving extremely rude
And finally, just at the time your service ends, they reluctantly start to lift everything, removing your guests, they do not give time for you to collect your things, they clean and at the end they even release the dogs
My service was from 2 to 7 (supposedly because at 3 we still couldn't finish since their children wouldn't let us) and at 7:15 they had already cleared tables ..
Their little ones do not allow the children of the party to use the facilities, they do not allow them to jump on the jumper or. Games to other children
And finally the facilities are in poor condition ..
U.u my complaint is not of the casino is of the staff
