Entiendo que los consumí crudos bajo mi responsabilidad, sin embargo están obligados a servir productos frescos. Seguramente en la CDMX hay mejores opciones. Terrible ... Los platos más elegantes como salmón, ceviche, ostiones y almejas bien tienen un letrero encima que dice: "el consumo de alimentos crudos es responsabilidad del comensal" y con eso se defienden de la cantidad de quejas que les han de llegar. El salmón ahumado lo escupí porque ya sabía a basura y ya no lo tocamos, pero comimos otros platillos que obviamente no estaban nada frescos, pues yo y toda mi familia con infección estomacal al día siguiente. Eso ya es falta de ética. Me encanta ir al hipódromo pero este restaurante NUNCA JAMÁS. Prefiero mil veces estar en los pisos de arriba con cerveza a la mitad del precio y comida que no está podrida.
