★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and cozy place. It's a little bit small, but nothing to worry about. They have a nice terrace upstaira. The music is very nice and appropriate for breakfast or lunch.
Food wise...the bread they give in the breakfast is very good (but might be very sweet for someone).
The Chilaquiles La Tertulia are good but the Tacos Tertulia are much better (I owe you the photos this time). There are 5 choices of salsas, so you can chose from different flavours and hot level.
Is summary, it's a very nice place to come and enjoy a good breakfast or lunch. Completely recomendable

From the food the the decor. A MUST if you want to experience real-made-with-love food. I cannot recomend it enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was excellent and my omelette had lots of filling. Huevos Mexicana were very good. Service was cheerful and attentive although ours was a bit slow which was due to our indecision rather than the restaurant. We had a bango player for entertainment.
