★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitivamente terrible! Llegué pidiendo informes de productos y después información para tomar clases. La persona que parecía la dueña o la maestra, enojada porque le pregunté directamente alguna cosa. Creo que no puedes dirigirte a ella, algo así como no me molestes, y sólo pregúntale a la empleada, quien muy amablemente me atendió. Realmente desagradable, cortante y francamente mal educada. Me dan un teléfono de whatsapp para que pregunte por las clases, porque no podían decirme ahí personalmente si había lugar o no para tomar la clase el día siguiente . Y creo es la misma persona, porque igual de pelada que la antes mencionada, leyó el mensaje y contestó hasta el hasta el otro día, que era el de la clase y sin la mínima educación, preguntando quién soy, de dónde saqué el teléfono, etc. Y bueno pues contesté igual, ya yo harta y sin más paciencia, que vaya que la tuve, y la Señora me bloqueó :) en lugar de dar la atención y contestar ella si había lugar o no para tomar la clase!!. En fin... creo que deberían de dedicarse a otra cosa!! Porque cero amabilidad y atención Muy desagradable experiencia!!
Definitely terrible! I arrived asking for product reports and then information to take classes. The person who seemed like the owner or the teacher, angry because I asked her something directly. I think you can't address her, something like don't bother me, and just ask the clerk, who very kindly attended me. Really rude, curt and downright rude. They give me a whatsapp phone so I can ask about the classes, because they couldn't tell me there personally if there was room or not to take the class the next day. And I think it's the same person, because just as bald as the aforementioned, he read the message and answered until the next day, which was the one from the class and without the slightest education, asking who I am, where I got the phone, etc. And well, I answered the same, I was fed up and without more patience, I had it, and the Lady blocked me :) instead of paying attention and answering if there was room or not to take the class !!. Anyway... I think they should dedicate themselves to something else!! Because zero kindness and attention Very unpleasant experience !!
