★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is warmed up in a microwave.
Waiting for the chocolate for half an hour. After they say you cannot pay it by card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had good breakfast here during my trip in Oaxaca city. I ordered a veggie tlayuda, huevos rancheros and fresh guaba juice, all at very low prices and quick service. The space is a little dark but the staff were lovely!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely awesome food! Came here today completely by chance, after touring a few of the fancy 'highly recommended' restaurants, which either had extremely ling waiting lists or looked super boring, or else wouldn't serve one (yes, in one case they told me tgey would not be able to accommodate one person for dinner). As i was almost ready to give up, there was this place right in front of the Basilica. I took the vegetarian tlayuda, plus an order of guacamole and pico de gallo. Delicious! Definitely try it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a small Mexican Oaxaqueña restaurant. The price are economic and the meals are delicious.
--Caldo Tlalpeño $36: chicken soup is good.
--Mole almendrado $96: Delicious mole and it's not spicy.
--Ensalada de rancho $81: It's light and good too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food for a small restaurant partially located in a mall. While we didn’t have Tlayuda’s, we had tamales and enchiladas. Both were good. And the microbrew on offer was a nice change from the usual lagers. Price well and good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It started really well, each of us ordered a nice cocktail and the nachos. ... Really good but then I ordered another cocktail that had kind of a show and the Chantilly spray was empty. They let me with my coffee mezcal like that, without the Chantilly, and went back behind the bar ignoring us. They charged us for that cocktail that they didn't actually do and that was undrinkable and didn't say anything. I think the waiter was learning but the manager that was there didn't help him or said anything to him or us. It was a real boomer ! (I even got the video since it was served on my table in front of us) ..............

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a charming little cafe with delicious food options, chocolate and Mezcal. I also took a leap of faith and ordered the grasshopper nachos! I highly recommend these, they are delicious! The staff was great, the cocktails were delicious and I would recommend this place for anyone who wanted to try some Mezcal and Tlayuda!
