★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las tortillas de harina Yara son muy sabrosas, tienen la combinación perfecta de ingredientes, no son masudas ni muy grasosas. Se cuecen y esponjan muy bien. Además de que pueden ser congeladas por largos periodos sin que pierdan su sabor o consistencia, y aun congeladas no se pegan una a la otra. En varias ocasiones las he enviado a Houston y Dallas a familiares que no encuentran tortillas de harina de la misma calidad y sabor.
Yara flour tortillas are very tasty, they have the perfect combination of ingredients, they are not thick or very greasy. They cook and fluff very well. In addition, they can be frozen for long periods without losing their flavor or consistency, and even when frozen they do not stick to each other. On several occasions I have sent them to Houston and Dallas to relatives who cannot find flour tortillas of the same quality and flavor.
