Bad after sales service. It's been more than two months since the signing of the contract and they still haven't delivered me. Too many details with the house and they do not solve anything. Not even if you want to, do the post-sales people contact you to see delivery dates or progress of the house. Okay, you have to walk behind them, and also be going to supervise the work. Every time we go to review, we do not see progress or people working at home. Big disappointment!

Be careful what you are going to buy I was very excited to buy, your sample houses look so cute. But from last year to this, from the sidewalk you can see how they have deteriorated. They are expensive houses and their quality is not superior. Review the development project. - The projected green and recreational areas are not enough for the number of houses. They can realize the bad projection because in addition, there is not even a parking space for visitors. The new circuit does not have planned green areas. They will be just houses and they are already building, leaving the construction of the previous circuit unfinished, it may be a trick, ask. - The quality of the work of the houses that were not shown is very bad. See the photos. - They're way behind on deliveries. I was visiting the project at different stages and then buying. But I'd better ask for a loan and build well. Ah, apart on two occasions at the beginning and this last time I went, I saw that the residents are still struggling with the access pens, they do not open and the guard has to open them. That speaks volumes about how maintenance is handled. I don't want to imagine the rest.
