★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reservé una habitación, me dijeron que tenía ventana y agua caliente. Llegué y resultó que no hay agua caliente. Tuve que cancelar la reservación que tomo algo de tiempo y salir con las maletas a buscar otro hospedaje.
 I booked a room, they told me it had a window and hot water. I arrived and it turned out that there is no hot water. I had to cancel the reservation that took some time and go out with the suitcases to find another accommodation.

Todo el equipo son muy amables y cuentan con todos los protocolos de seguridad.
Muy cerca del centro y lugares para comer. Les recomiendo este lugar si buscan algo tranquilo.

Very good place to rest, its rooms are very clean and very comfortable and the staff is super attentive and friendly. Without hesitation on my next vacation I come directly to stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen lugar para descansar, por lo general el ambiente es tranquilo y silencioso, el personal es muy amable y el precio de las habitaciones accessibles. Es sencillo pero lo suficiente para pasar una estancia agradable, además queda a unas cuadras del cañón del sumidero.
Quizá la única falla es que las ventanas del baño no son muy discretas pues dan hacia el pasillo y parece como si te pudieran ver cuando te bañas jaja. Fuera de eso todo bien.
Good place to rest, in general the atmosphere is calm and quiet, the staff is very friendly and the price of the rooms accessible. It is simple but enough to spend a pleasant stay, it is also a few blocks from the sinkhole canyon.
Perhaps the only flaw is that the bathroom windows are not very discreet because they face the hallway and it seems as if they can see you when you take a bath haha. Outside of that all good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encantó y a mi familia, se siente agradable y pareciera que vas de visita a la casa de la abuelita por ese toque que tiene en el interior, las habitaciones son agradables con aire acondicionado por solo $400 pesotes, las habitaciones de la planta superior tienen un pequeño balconcito. Lo recomiendo
I loved it and my family, it feels nice and it seems that you are going to visit granny's house because of that touch that it has inside, the rooms are nice with air conditioning for only $400 pesos, the rooms on the top floor have a small balcony. I recommend it

Las instalaciones son excelentes, muy buenas cuentan con agua fría y caliente, habitaciones con ventilador y aire acondicionado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We (a couple and a solo traveler with a dog) were looking for an affordable place to stay near Tuxtla Gutierrez and the nearby canyon. Judging by the information in Spanish that we were able to gather, this posada seemed decent, so we gave them a call and reserved two rooms. It absolutely surpassed our expectation. The whole place had been renovated very recently and was impressively clean. The bathrooms are simple but spacious and boast new rain shower heads. WiFi is free, and the signal is strong. The front desk clerk was cordial and helpful, and we were even allowed to park our two overland vehicles on the tiled patio! The prices per room and night (MXP250 for a room with a fan, MXP400 for one with AC) are unbeatable. There's no breakfast, but several panaderias and cafes are merely a block or two away. Absolutely recommendable.
