★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si te gusta la calidad y precio justo por lo que pagas este lugar no es tu opción para empezar no hay sana distancia entre mesas y a la entrada el tapete tiene cloro mancho los zapatos de mis hijos el lugar es un tipo fonda o cocina económica que de económica no tiene nada , un pambazo mas de $70 pesos las quesadillas caras y te mide la salsa . el pozole es agua con chile sin sabor, las bebidas caras para el lugar, si acostumbras calidad y pagar lo justó esta no es tu opción . no tienen estacionamiento y los carros pasan Rosando tu carro, el servicio es lento lento y te atienden con cara y de malas el señor que prepara las quesadillas no tiene actitud y se limpia el sudor con la mano y así sigue preparando la comida . definitivamente comes mejor en muchos lugares mas baratos y con mejor calidad o en su caso en la cada de tono ya que aquí te cobran hasta por pedir una tostada extra. Reitero que me gusta pagar caro pero por calidad y buen servicio no por que atiendan con caras lentitud y alimentos sin higiene y calidad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Tradición es uno de mis restaurantes favoritos !!! y vaya que sí conozco muchos y de todo tipo, me encanta!! el lugar es super acogedor y extremadamente limpio (durante esta pandemia es el lugar donde mas segura me he sentido al comer y permanecer con mi esposo, su medidas de salud e higiene super establecidas y cuidan hasta el ultimo detalle, tanto así que las personas que no están acostumbradas les parece algo molesto o engorroso).
El señor que prepara la comida te recibe siempre con una gran sonrisa y jamas toma el dinero aunque tu se lo des directamente, obviamente por higiene. Las personas que atienden las mesas son muy educadas y super amables.
Sobre la comida Es la experiencia más exquisita que puede vivir tu paladar. He probado casi todo el menú y todo, absolutamente todo esta delicioso ademas que la calidad de los alimentos es completamente congruente a los costos, Mis platillos favoritos son las gorditas de chicharron con queso oaxaca (el queso oaxaca que manejan es de otro mundo, super fresco y delicioso tienen que probarlo!!, definitivamente no es del comercial): el pozole esta para chuparse los dedos!! mi esposo ama el guerrerense el Maíz es grande y no es del precocido ellos le dan una cocción completamente diferente, la porción que sirven es basta, sus tostadas son completamente artesanales, el aguacate es del mejor vale la pena su costo!!: mi bebida favorita es el agua de horchata es completamente natural y en ningún lugar he encontrado un agua de horchata tan rica como esa, tienes que probarla!!! y no puede faltar mi postre favorito el pay de queso con zarzamora se los recomiendo al 100%.
