Italian handmade wood-fired pizza, very tasty. Fresh ingredients, lots of pizza variety. I found it incredible that they have anchovies, very few pizzerias in Monterrey handle this ingredient. The prices are good and competitive with more commercial chains, but the flavor makes it stand out and stand out from its competition. Good dough, neither too thin nor too thick. Good taste of the dough. The pizza sauce could be stronger, but I think the cheese and the rest of the ingredients are balanced with the dough, so I liked it. It is not a bad sauce, it is good, only that to my liking it can be a little delicate flavor. I ordered the "favorite" and the "American" the last one I thought was tastier, the first one doesn't know much about fatty pizza that one expects to eat, it tastes healthier, which some people may like. Having more vegetables is fresher and lighter. I recommend this pizzeria, very good attention, the pizza was ready in about 30 minutes and the food very tasty.
