Todo espectacular……..su atención por parte del personal es de 1era, su carta es de lo mejor que he visto,les recomiendo de entrada el chicharrón de pulpo es una maravilla, tostado con arugula y con una salsa de soya preparada que no tiene madre, los tacos regios (costra de queso, rib eye y arugula en tortilla de maiz) los tacos patrones ( rib rye y tuétano en torillade harina)no mms que delicia y no se me puede olvidar el postre CORDELION es una explosión maravillosa de chocolate que casi me provoca un coma diabético, pero bien valía la pena…enserió no se pueden perder visitarlo en su proxima visita a CDMX

I deeply recommend this place, as its food have a Mexican gourmet style that never loses the tasty flavor of tradition. Also the attention is great as waiters and chef are really kind.

An unexpectedly stunning meal at La Única, which was recommended to us by our Airbnb host. The wine list was stellar and we started with a Cabernet Sauvignon from Mendoza. The first dish we tried was the grilled octopus on a bed of arugula in soy dressing. The flavors had a great balance of acidity to the octopus and it was grilled perfectly. The combination of soy sauces dressed arugula and octopus was a light and refreshing bite. The roasted marrow with fried leeks were huge! The flavors were deliciously fatty and scooping the marrow and leeks onto the accompanied corn tortilla made for a messy yet amazing bite. And you just can’t go wrong with the octopus chicharron - a delightful crunch that came with scoops of guacamole. THE BEST dish of the night, hands down, was the Northern Style Ribeye Tacos. Ribeye is ground and mixed with onions, cilantro and mushrooms then placed in yellow and blue corn tortillas inside a foil packet and steamed to perfection. Don’t forgot to add a dollop to the spicy sauce atop the meaty and well seasoned tacos. I could have eaten ten of these but we had already eaten so much! If you had not realized it yet, the portions are quite large. And even though I was full, I had to try the flan. It was simply delicious. I’m curious if it had goat’s milk in it as it was nice balance of lightly sweet and tangy. The dulce de leche that costed the flan was the quintessential sweet that we all crave. The service was also spectacular and our server did a great job explaining some of the preparations, even with our limited Spanish.

Very nice venue to spend an evening and have a succulent dine-in experience. Excellent Barbacoa de Res and other Typical Mexican Food plates. The place appears to be popular among locals. Some customers had drank more than a few alcohol beverages but the waiters did not stop serving them more drinks. Other than that, the overall experience is very good for adult clientele.
