Acabo de usar este servicio en una mudanza de Silao a Querétaro y lo recomiendo con toda seguridad, los muchachos cargan rapido y con ciudado las cosas, fueron puntuales, el precio fue el acordado y la atención que dan antes y durante el servicio es inmejorable.

Excelente servicio al cliente, responden cada pregunta que surge al momento de cotizar la mudanza, una vez que se contrata el servicio la atención es increíble, los chicos que cargan mueven todo con mucho cuidado y son muy amables también, sin duda recomiendo esta empresa!

NO contrates esta empresa!. Son lo peor. No se hacen responsables por las cosas que rompen, aunque pagues el embalaje que ellos hacen. Te dicen que ya estaba asi y no sacaste fotos antes de que le quiten el embalaje y ademas te dicen que hay que resolverlo en el momento, antes que se vayan los que vienen a entregar las cosas porque luego ya no es valido. Y como los que entregan las cosas no se pueden ir te miran mal, te protestan y se enojan. Es una situación muy fea. Son prácticamente delincuentes. Al final te ofrecen pagarte 200 pesos por algo que arreglarlo cuesta 2000 y ya no va a quedar igual. Evita problemas y No los contrates.

La repuesta telefónica y atención en la contratación fue muy buena y amable, llegaron puntuales pero al recibir nuestra mudanza todo llegó dañado no hay un solo mueble que no tenga golpes o daños electrodomésticos marcados en cajas con etiqueta de frágil llegaron golpeados, las cajas tanto de cartón como plástico rotas o golpeadas, ademas no responden por los daños causados. El día de la entrega debían llegar a las 10:00 am y llegaron a las 8:30 de la noche, pésimo servicio, no lo recomiendo.

Contraté el servicio para mi mudanza, del estado de México a San Miguel de Allende, fueron muy amables al hacer mi cotización me explicaron muy bien y resolvieron todas mis dudas, llegaron los chicos a mi domicilio y fueron muy cuidadosos con mis cosas, la mudanza fue un éxito, sin duda los volveré a contratar, a demás de que tienen excelentes precios. The company is very easy to work with. Once you contact them, they are quick to respond to any questions you may have during the process of hiring them to move your property. They will send you easy-to-understand instructions on what you need to do in order make the process as seamless as possible in what can be a very stressful situation. The NEGATIVE portion of this review begins once you hand over your property, in my case; my car which contained all my belongs including electronics, tv, sound system, etc. Unfortunately there is a very big disconnect between the "office" (which is very efficient) and the actual people who move your property. The company outsources a separate trucking company to move your car/furniture and this is where things start to fall apart. Once my car arrived at my destination I was given a delivery date and was told that I would be contacted by the driver to coordinate the delivery of my vehicle. After a back and fourth that lasted half the day of me being confused as to why the office kept saying that the driver had already set up a delivery time and date with me, it turns out that they had been contacting a different client all day and that my car keys had been left in a different part of Mexico and it would take 2 days for them to arrive. I am very understanding and was bothered but I also understand that things happen and this was not the end of the world. What DID upset me was when they did finally delivered my car, they DROVE IT to me. Nowhere in my contract did I authorize them to drive my car. They drove it 30 minutes in the heat with the Check Engine light on. I've never had problems with my car and the check engine light has never come on since I've owned it. They also left my car windows open while waiting for my car keys to arrive from the other state in Mexico. There was red tape all over the side of my car and there was also a very big embedded scratch/dent on my bumper. LA Union Mudanzas contract states that they take no responsibility for any of the items inside the car since it is packed by the owner, which I completely understand but there is a gap in that logic/contract when THEY were responsible for opening my car windows. I never asked them to open my car windows or leave them open for two days. I also asked them not to move my seats since my large flat screen tv was directly behind them, and you guessed it, they moved the drivers seat as far back as it goes, I'm assuming they did so when then drove it without my consent. I was the one who loaded my car onto the truck container so I didn't even consider that they would move the seats unless they absolutely had to. I'd also like to add that if you're thinking that you'll be able to pay with your credit or debit card, as advertised; think again. The site they use didn't work. I tried to wire-transfer money, I was unsuccessful in that too, in all fairness, that was something that I believe was on my end. I ended up having to give them my debit card number so that they could run it on their end, which my bank charged $75.00 dollars for each transaction they ran and they ran FOUR! After all was said and done they offered me $1,500 pesos/$75.00 dollars as a refund for my troubles. I paid them $2,500 dollars, plus the bank transaction fees and they offered me $75.00 dollars for my troubles, or to fix my car dent. On a positive note the owner/office staff were very attentive in trying to resolve my issue with the dent in my car, sent me the address where I could get it fixed and offered a discount if I ever use their moving services again. The office end of the service is outstanding, I really appreciated how attentive and understanding they were and how easy they made the whole process. I never felt unsure or worried about whether my car and belongings would make it to their destination. If you decide to use their moving service I hope this review helps you in making your decision. Would I use their service again? Probably not. Am I grateful for the office staff and their attentiveness and quick response at all time? Absolutley!
