★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased some ceramic dinnerware while in Mexico. Due to the weight, I needed to ship it back to Connecticut (USA). La Unión packaged it up so perfectly (I mean amazingly perfect) that when it arrived by DHL, the box was intact, and every single piece was the way it should be, unbroken. I was astounded when I opened the box and start unwrapping everything at how well La Unión packaged it up. Definite pros at what they do. Well worth the money to have them do it. Would highly recommend anyone visiting San Miguel or nearby areas to use their services.

I had bought a painting and was trying to ship it to the US, but the quotes I was getting from the gallery were very high. I shopped around, and found La Union. Their price was roughly half of the gallery's quoted price. They were highly competent, answered all my questions, and despite the low price, instilled me with confidence.
The package arrived in 4 days, which is especially impressive given it was being shipped on the 31st of December. The painting had been wrapped in 1) paper, 2) two layers of foam, 3) a layer of cardboard, 4) hard cardboard reinforcing sides, and 5) an outer layer of cardboard. It took me 30 minutes just to unwrap the thing. I felt like an archaeologist unearthing a mummy king. Of course, the painting was in flawless condition.
Could not recommend La Union more.
