A mi gusto personal se fue a los extremos ambos tipos de carne, la carne asada muy dura y la arrachera demasiado suave, no es que sea quisquilloso pero si me gusta que la carne tenga algo de consistencia. Esta muy bien servido y el precio es bajo, sin embargo, prefiero pagar un poco más por algo que disfrute más.
Personally, the time I asked to go, it was half a kilo of roast beef and half a kilo of flank steak. To my personal taste, both types of meat went to extremes, the roast beef very hard and the flank steak too soft, it's not that I'm picky but I do like the meat to have some consistency.
