★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed La Vaca so much for breakfast that we went again for dinner! The food was super flavorful, an amazing fusion of Mexican and Argentinian food. For breakfast we had the tlayuda- one of the best we had our whole time in MX- and the choripan con vegetales y huevos, which was also hearty and delicious. For dinner, we kept it light with the jugo de carne y hongos (a must for Pacifico), and the papas con ajillo… all of the salsas were very tasty and the service was amazing! Don’t miss the plantain a leña for dessert, or the Oaxacan craft beer selection! The cherry on top was getting to hear a whole Gorillaz live in Buenos Aires set during our meal- one of a kind!
When we come back for our next pilgrimage, we will be sure to visit again.
