La Valise Tulum - 77780 Tulum

My wife and I just celebrated our honeymoon at La Valise and can't say enough about this beautiful property and the wonderful people that work here. Emily and Josefina at the Concierge desk were absolutely on point with helping us set up airport transport, restaurant reservations, scooter rental, in-room/beach/pool dining and every other aspect of our trip that made our stay absolutely seamless. The property itself is breathtaking and unlike anywhere else we have ever stayed. You feel like you are staying in a good friend's home. The beach is kept pristine and the pool at Radhoo is absolutely incredible. The oceanfront master suite is the coolest treehouse I've ever stayed in and the room was kept absolutely immaculate throughout our stay. Just cannot say enough things about this amazing place and the people who run it. Thank you so much!

What a wonderful experience at LaValise. We had the most amazing stay. Excellent staff, attentive and responsive. They went over and beyond to make our stay enjoyable The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Location is perfect, intimate and quiet. Dreamy place! We were feeling home Thanks to Ivan, Carlos and everyone else for making our stay memorable. The girls at the reception were super nice We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Truly a 5 star gem

La Valise was better than we even expected. The facilities were top notch. The food and drinks were incredible. But the people and service at La Valise really set it apart from other locations. This is the best place to stay in Tulum. I couldn't recommend it enough.

Our stay at La Valise was beyond phenomenal. We went for my wife’s birthday weekend to celebrate and the staff went above and beyond to help celebrate. They kept surprising her with small gestures from a birthday dessert to something grand as decorating the bed for the birthday. From the moment we arrived the concierge was very gracious and during our stay the staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us enjoy our time in Tulum and they made her day a very special and memorable time.

We had a very peaceful stay at La Valise! All the areas in the hotel and the room were just so beautiful. The staff were so kind and personable which made our stay very special. You can ask for anything through WhatsApp which was very convenient and it can be delivered anywhere in the hotel. The highlight however was how much of a retreat it feels, so familiar and comfortable! We hope to be back soon!

Great, intimate hotel. The space is very well designed. The staff is super helpful and kind. Great beach in front and a great pool in the sister hotel across the street. It’s quiet, private and beautiful, so the perfect place to relax. Located away from the crazy part of the strip so it’s a good place to walk through the best part of the strip. This is the only place I would go in Tulum. Thanks for a wonderful week ;)

Overwhelmed at every step of our stay at this intimate boutique oasis on the beach. The staff is very friendly, courteous and personally knows your name from check-in to checkout. We stayed in a 2nd floor beachfront room that was outstanding in every regard. Listening to the waves crash on the beach and the palm trees hitting our deck was the perfect way to drift off to sleep every night in the very comfortable beds. Air Conditioning was awesome for the occasional humid day. Beaches were outstanding and even on the days that the seaweed drifted in, the staff was out there early cleaning it all up. Emily and her hotel team surprised my partner with birthday decorations for our room on his birthday. (We never told them about the birthday but they found out from the passport). Very sweet surprise indeed. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding and even the food and drinks ordered to our beach cabana was outstanding and fresh. Perfect trip to get away from the troubles of the world and chill.

This place is the BEST - can't wait to go back!! Only regret is not staying longer. The staff is incredible - very accessible, always present, and answered every question prior to arrival. GET the on-site massage - in hindsight, wish I had booked one every day. INCREDIBLE! Stayed in one of the "jungle rooms" and was worried about the room size (girls trip for 2) but the way the room is set up - everything worked with space to spare. Only small suggestion - room needs a little more / stronger interior light at night. Outside shower is refreshing. And when the beach was a little too windy, La Valise is partnered with the hotel across the street with a fantastic pool, and similar vibe. The french toast and smoothies are a must for breakfast. The staff pays attention to the little things here - and since it's a small hotel you feel really at home and they truly know your name. :). If you are looking for a quiet boutique hotel - look no further. If you are looking to create a party scene with club music all day - go elsewhere - PLEASE!!! Do not ruin this incredible place.
