★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la primera vez que acudo a este lugar y la última, el personal es amable más me brindaron un producto por el cual pedí asesoría equivocado, al momento de pedir cambio o rembolso accedieron de manera atenta más me comentaron que no podían devolverme el dinero por pagar con tarjeta, cuando no fue un error mío el adquirir el producto porque pedí asesoría sobre el mismo para no cometer un error, no cuentan con mucha variedad en productos, y a pesar de que la persona que me atendió es una buena persona falta un poco más de sensibilización hacia la atención al cliente, no volveria al lugar hasta que mejoren esa parte. Al final me resolvieron pero tuve que ponerme firme en pedir apoyo de alguien que pudiera resolverme.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una buena tienda, pero esperaba mas de ella la persona que atiende le pides apoyo pero en realidad no te ayuda en lo que realmente necesitas, tuve un problema en cuestion de la bateria y fui a la tienda y dijeron que no tenia ninguna falla segun lo mandaron a checar, cuando lo recogi al parecer funcionaba bien y todo pero llegando a mi casa de que se le acabo la pila sp rapido y personalmente siento que es un producto nuevo y no debe de tener ese tipo de fallas, en general esperaba mucho mas de la tienda y no me ayudo en lo que estaba buscando

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia. Compré un líquido de su marca y me irritó la garganta, con poquita exposición al calor se ponía color marrón. No creo que estén hecho con ingredientes orgánicos y de calidad. Los precios son exagerados en productos de marca. Lo único que los salva es su horario, abren en domingo.
