★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a place to eat tortas. The specialty is chorizo but you'll find the typical Mexican options. It's in the centre of the city. You can also buy fresh chorizo, cheese, cream, dairy products, and jams. Everything is really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told that if I came to downtown Toluca and I didn't eat there that I had not been Toluca at all. So I followed the advice and I order myself some 'tortas' and oh my God it was a great experience to my palate as I ordered the prosciutto and provolone Tortas.
So I guess they were right I've been to the Luca and I liked it!

Despite always being busy and more pricey than the other business around, they are pretty good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad. Just came on May 21st. Expensive without ?, no onions, very low protein quantity, no been, etc. Just a piece of ? some cream and ?. Not worth the trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So delicious! The tortas are on the smaller side so order two so you don’t have to wait in line when you need a second one.
Anything with chorizo is delicious. The Diabla is to die for! The green salsa is HOT, so when they ask “con todo?” and you don’t like spicy salsa make sure you ask without.
Seating is very limited due to Covid so you’ll have to wait for one of the 5 empty bar height tables right outside.
They also have a small shop on the side where you can buy the carrots with jalapeños, cajeta, honey, goat cheese and a few other things.
