One of the simple options to explore the nightlife in Playa del Carmen is to purchase a Cover ticket. ‘Cover’ means that you get only access to the nightclub for a very reduced rate that does not include drinks or table reservation. This is a great deal for that nights when you’re not looking for a wild drunkenness but to really enjoy the dance ‘till next morning so, with a ‘cover’ you can enjoy the party at the club and order one or two drinks and maybe then move to another club to keep exploring the nightlife in town. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience here. We ordered from one of the waiters and he got our order wrong. We were then made to pay for the wrong order and he made my partner give him his ID so we could not leave. I would not recommend this place, felt very uncomfortable here.

They would not work with us on over charge and I think this happened because two people tried to cover the table orders.
Swing by and say hi but I do not suggest to stay long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re ballin on a budget you may not like the bottle prices. The music was good. The bottle service is cool they make an event out of it. I’d recommend if you have 5k -10k pesos spending budget for the night. It was packed on a Wednesday night. They treated us with a lot of respect since we got the bottle. The atm out front only gives US dollars and it’s quite pricey. It cost $14 to withdraw $80. Lol wasn’t a fan of that. And then you have to change the us to pesos in the club so you lose money twice because the conversion is lower. That’s what lowered my rating from 5 stars but I think it was a great experience and I met some cool people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience, waiter took our order wrong, when confronted he told us we must pay the difference, after explaining no I was asked for my ID, being slightly tipsy I said ok as I thought it was to pay with card! How wrong I was, used it to hold us there until we paid the difference in cash!!! If going please be careful and know what you’re ordering beforehand. Shabby waiter and would not recommend if slightly tipsy at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cluby bar. $10 USD cover charge, $200 MXP. Good music and atmosphere. Definitely better than the Madalena bar.
Only thing is they probably let in more people than they should. It's a really small place, and white narrow. It's annoying to get from the front of the bar to the back because so many people are in the way.
Luckily, unless you need to go to the restroom, you don't need to walk back to the bar. There are plenty of waiters around to take your order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in here excited, based on how it looks from the boardwalk. Our group was quickly disappointed by paying for expensive drinks and realizing there was no alcohol in any of our drinks. The wait staff was aggressively pushing us to buy more and flat out said "we expect a 30% tip".. not worth anyone's time really unless you're trying to waste money

Horrible cheap liquor, the server in the photo acted like he was our best friend and robbed us blind. By the time they charged the card it was “too late.” ¡Ladrones!
