J	JONATHAN DELGADO RAMIREZ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida es cara e insípida.. solicitamos servicio a domicilio y pedimos tortas Vecindad..insípidas y mal hechas.. aunado compramos dos coca colas; 78 por torta más 32 pesos por cada coca!!!! Total 220 y nos llega el ticket de 260 pesos. Al contactar a la recepcionista argumenta que son 40 pesos de servicio!!!! Cuestión que no te comentan cuando llamas y uno como turista no está obligado a saber.. la recepcionista con actitud grosera y sinica argumenta que eso cobra a todos sus clientes.. ( como si fuera de ella el negocio) de hecho antes en la primer llamada te atienden como si tuviera prisa y de mal humor.. Pésima atención.. si alguien visita Xalapa hay muchooo mejores lugares para comer.. NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA!!!! .. es tirar nuestro dinero al caño con gente abusiva, grosera y descortés, y el gerente por igual sino no pasaría esto. La primera vez la señorita que contesta el teléfono no fue amable y tenía mucha prisa y se enojó por que al final le pedí que agregara más cosas a mi pedido (cómo se ve que no es la dueña). La segunda vez que pedí a domicilio de plano no me contestaron y fui a la sucursal a comprarlos para llevar, le pregunté al gerente por q no contestaban el teléfono y me dijo que tuvieron un problema con un pedido a domicilio que llegó tarde y que mejor dejaron de contestar para que no se atrasaran. Y la tercera vez que pedí la misma chica mal humorada tomando mi orden. La comida es muy rica y a buen precio que pena que los dueños no estén atentos a estos detalles In Calabria I have asked at home. En cumpleaños, obsequian un flan (muy rico) al cumpleañero, así como poner más mañanitas, un muy buen detalle. Aceptan pago en efectivo y con tarjetas. Cuentan con servicio de valet parking y acceso para sillas de ruedas. También área de juegos para niños.
