★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is great but the service is very slow. I was staying at the hotel and decided to have dinner at the restaurant. They had 7 tables and around 5 waiters, but they weren’t attentive, we waited 20 minutes to get the check, we had to pour our our own wine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! Incredible setting on modern patio facing lush garden. The highest end restaurant we found in Tepoztlan. Incredible looking menu, making it hard to pick. A few blocks from the town zocalo. Give yourself time to enjoy the food, setting, and conversation. Based on the restaurant, we'll try the hotel that it's affiliated with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Views from this restaurant are breathtaking. Went for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was quite simple, small portions. The salad that came with my omelet seemed old and dry. Dinner was much better but also small portions and expensive - I recommend the grilled octopus and the 70% chocolate cake with mango compote. Service was friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the most part had an excellent experience here. Two out of the three dishes we ordered were absolutely fantastic. The salmon with asparagus was way overdone and dry. But had potential to be as great as the other dishes.
The service was very poor. They had one waiter managing the entire area. We waited ten minutes for a menu and I had to get up and ask another waiter for a menu. He came back with only one, so I once again had to get up and tell him there’s two of us and we would like two menus. Our waiter finally showed up another ten minutes later to take the order and we didn’t see him again until it was time to pay. Overall poor quality service but food and atmosphere are exceptional.
