Su responsable que toma las llamadas simplemente no sabe pedir una disculpa ante un retraso que ellos atribuyen a la aplicación y al clima. No se apropian de la responsabilidad. Cuando deberían estar al pendiente de lo que ofrecen en la app (tiempos de entrega) pues al final, solo mienten para captar clientes que no tienen cómo atender. En lugar de disculparse, el señor se enoja por un reclamo y se defiende con un tono y palabras que solo invitan a no volverles a pedir. No recomiendo este lugar que trata a los clientes como si nos hicieran un favor. Primera vez y última que pido con ellos. A ver si cuando llegue la comida compensa de alguna forma la espera extra.
Terrible experience in La Ventanita asking for UberEats. Their call taker just doesn't know how to apologize for a delay they attribute to the app and the weather. They do not take responsibility. When they should be aware of what they offer in the app (delivery times) because in the end, they only lie to attract customers that they do not have how to serve. Instead of apologizing, the man gets angry about a complaint and defends himself with a tone and words that only invite them not to ask again. I do not recommend this place that treats customers like they are doing us a favor. First and last time I order with them. Let's see if when the food arrives it somehow compensates for the extra wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En este lugar se comen tacos sudados y tacos de los que yo llamaría normalitos de pierna al horno, barbacoa de res, chicharrón muy al estilo nuevoleones, y otro que prové de chile jalapeño relleno de queso y capeadito servido con frijolitos refritos muy bueno y el menudo o mejor conocido como pancita también muy rico, solo que un poco pasado de grasa, por último, no recomiendo su agua de sabor, no es tan buena. Por lo demás , buen servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome service! I recommend to eat outside. It's clean and pretty reasonable price. If you're a big eater like myself you'll probably need 6 tacos to be full. I had their horchata and it wasn't too bad. The only reason why I don't give them 5 stars it's for their deshebrada. But if you ask for anything else, it's pretty tasty!
